2012: New Year, New Resolutions

For most, the New Year represents a new beginning, the chance to make a fresh start.  With this in mind, we sat down with members of The Firehouse and Ten22 teams to discuss their New Year’s resolutions for 2012.  Here’s what they had to say…

“I never make New Year’s resolutions…I just don’t see the point in waiting till the start of another year.  If you need or want to improve something, why not to do it today?” – Lisa, Special Events Sales Coordinator for The Firehouse

“Like most Americans, my New Year’s resolution is always the same – exercise more, lose weight and get in shape.  Sadly, I have yet to make good on this goal.  I did, however, add a second resolution to my list this year – to spend more quality time with family and friends without feeling like everything has to be planned or scheduled ahead of time.” – Ashley, marketing assistant for Ten22

“I decided that I was going to start running in 2012, and so far I’ve made good on that resolution!” – Geena, hostess at The Firehouse

“I had two this year.  The first was to stop biting my fingernails, which I’ve made good on thus far, and the second was to talk to my family more.” – Serene, bartender at Ten22

“I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions.  I’m perfect as is!” – Michael, Facilities Manager for The Firehouse and Ten22

Here’s to a happy, healthy and delicious 2012!
